Title: OH45 shaping

OH45 is out of tolerance just south of US30_E. A point here (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.7019097,-80.6995365,3a,27.8y,349.15h,83.72t/data=!3m9!1e1!3m7!1saIxV9c0EvkYakliPel2vUw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!9m2!1b1!2i40) will do the trick.
Some shapers, such as +x10 and +x41, don't do much shaping at all.
Overall, many opportunities for shaping points to be converted to regular points.

I'll look through the rest of them as part of a long term cleanup project I plan to get started on next year.
