ON: Hwy 409 continues on

I was looking to put Hwy 409 on my map but I saw it just ends at Hwy 427 and not the airport. On a lot of provincial maps, it shows that the highway ends at airport and not Hwy 427. Also there is least three roads from the airport to Hwy 427 that you can enter the 409. The Airport, Airport Road, Viscount Road and Network Road. If you need some photos of maps of Hwy 409. I can send them.

As far as I understood, the MTO fully gave up that part of 409 west of the 427 to the Pearson Airport people back in 2005.

I will attempt to contact my MTO friend to double check on this however.
