Title: NC: NC 127 Point Concerns

1.  CenSt should be CenSt_S (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.7022769,-81.3489884,3a,75y,212.04h,94.65t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sTq2uypFHtWtP5cxKUc8kSQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) and US70 should be CenSt_N (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.7176767,-81.3379781,3a,75y,70.11h,95.16t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sEKhxF5IbC3jjOMEFr3tqdQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192).
2. The shaping point southwest of US 70 should be for 4th St Drive (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.7148524,-81.3439481,3a,15y,14.75h,91.15t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sc6rlqjQfy62qoC7aKxI8Kw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192).
3.  The first two shaping points northeast of US70 can be removed.  The third should become 2ndAveSE.
4.  13thAve (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.7500896,-81.3357045,3a,75y,342.37h,89.22t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sjvs29ktVkzT7spYmsNDlGg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) and 16thAve (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.753569,-81.3369796,3a,75y,50.8h,86.65t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sJaO5KmDlS0tAFmVzbWou_g!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) should replace shaping points as well.
5.  29thAve (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.7696242,-81.3301266,3a,75y,178.3h,84.3t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sXz4ZcoDTiIJ79JwTqo8Tbg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) could replace the shaping point near 33rdAve.

13thSt should be 13thAve, and 29thSt should be 29thAve.  Otherwise the rest is good.
