Title: NM: NM282 Unsigned

I'll verify this in a couple days when I drive through there, but GSV shows no indication of references to NM282.  The GSV for the road itself is old, but from NM516 is two years old.  I will double check on Sunday.

NM 282 deletion in my queue. To be pulled in along with some cleanup in northern Nevada I'm working on.
