There is another section of N124 in the exclave of Llívia, see GSV.

IIRC, we had a discussion about this, and decided that it wasn't signed enough (but I don't remember those markers, even though they are in 2009 GMSV).

We can always change that decision and add the N154.

I'll also have a look at the N155 shown on OSM.

Any border points you've made already would be nice to have in the thread to save time and effort on my part.

There is a marker on 2009 and (a renewed one) on 2018 GSV.

Not yet and I'll not draft any D route in the next 2-3 months. Just go for it.

I currently rework the fraa, fran, eure routes in FRA-OCC only.
