A shaping point should be added on I-70 between 83 and 87 (around the Bethany Ln overpass) to keep the line south of MD 99.
On MD 99 itself, I recommend replacing RalTavLn with a point at
Bethany Ln (BetLn). Doing this in the WP Editor surprisingly adds 0.02 miles to the route.
