Title: IN: IN 312 truncated

Over the past couple years, I've noticed IN 312 signage disappearing in Hammond.  Some of it is still there, such as the end sign at the state line, but it prompted me to check https://www.in.gov/indot/files/INDOT%20Reference%20Post%20Book%202016.pdf and it appears that the western terminus of IN 312 is now at the Hammond/East Chicago border.
