O5Akh (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=tur.o005akh&lat=38.967759&lon=27.728741&zoom=17) references itself rather than plain O5.
The corresponding point on E881 (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=tur.e881&lat=38.967759&lon=27.728741&zoom=17) should have an O5 exit number. Going SW from there, E881 is missing exit numbers from the O5 concurrency.
On O5 proper (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=tur.o005&lat=38.46622403275911&lon=27.33827590942383&zoom=12), 40Sok should be 23 (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.4708959,27.3976418,3a,15y,264.4h,96.21t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1swh0v15UzAnnlzgJm5RAV7A!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3Dwh0v15UzAnnlzgJm5RAV7A%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D201.08693%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192), with the exit numbers west of there being off by 1.

Exit numbers on the3 N/S leg of the O30 overlap are off by 1.

New exit for both routes, shown on OSM as 4-1
Looking at OSM, exit numbers on the O32 overlap appear to be off by 1 on both routes.

E90 and E881 do not match O5's exit 10 wp.
In addition, please check if E90 and E881 should be moved onto O5. I'm not familiar with Turkey's practise on this.

O5 (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=tur.o005&lat=38.436146&lon=27.219679&zoom=15) should not extend into Izmir west of the O30 interchange according to OSM, GM and July 2022 GSV.

O5 misses wp for exit just south of O4 (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=tur.o005&lat=40.786650&lon=29.528117&zoom=15). Also E881.
Exit 8.1 between exit 8 and 9 is also missing. Also E881 and E90.
