0 is already a hidden/alt name, from when it was permitted to do 0->999 for interstates. As such, it's been used.

Your question/suggestion is, should that be the main waypoint name instead of I-90? It can be, but both options are already active.

It wouldn't hurt to have '0' regain being the primary label here with I-90 becoming the hidden one.  We've done similar things on other routes when/if DOT's decided to sign the end points officially as Exit #0.

Just saw the fixes pushed by Jim here (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/commit/8443aeb6a83f887fb8f932aec87f34c8ffad1e6d#diff-a2a2f2ef5946327fcdc7bbceed496a8a5f5b86112b4143f79d986e452254818c) and they look good for I-190.

So, marking this as solved.
