Title: VA: US 15, VA 49, and VA 323 Point Concerns

US 15: 
1.  Should a point be added at the entrance to Longwood Park?
2.  Is there a better point to use than GayDr?  (or just hide it)
3.  Is there a better point to use than WestDr?  (or just hide it)
4.  Is there a replaceable point for SR762?
5.  Consider replacing the shaping point north of SR630 with a visible point at SR790 (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.2082267,-78.4438765,3a,75y,240.78h,90t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1so9p8V6qiinCpgGUV2FhJew!2e0!7i16384!8i8192).
6.  Consider replacing the shaping point north of VA20 with a visible point.
7.  Consider replacing the shaping points south of VA53 with visible points.

VA 49:  BurkRd should be BurRd.
