I did not check to see if it is in-use now, but the new interchange will be south of the current intersection (shown on OSM).

Ah, so I JUST missed the opening, having driven VA 234 under the overpass on Tuesday the 25th.

So I think that adding a point here  (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.7931432,-77.5613736,3a,37.5y,158.67h,91.61t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s0AfQhaQm4TqmlLZA9w3icQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu)would possibly fix the Sharp Angle error that has not been listed as a FP yet.
