Title: PA: PA 31/96 concurrency

Very minor thing, but I noticed recently that the brief concurrency of PA 31 and PA 96 around Manns Choice doesn't appear to actually be registering as a concurrency.

It seems that there's an extra point in PA-96's file that isn't in PA-31's.  I'm working on fixing it.
