The (Northern) Cyprus system is in preview and seems to be ready for peer-review: http://travelmapping.net/hb/index.php?sys=cypd
Anyone?
One of the last European tier 4 systems.
cypd - Cyprus Devlet Yolları (introduced to northern Cyprus in 2013, not much information about it)
Maybe this helps:

If any (new) volunteer wants to have a try... this is a tiny system with just twelve routes covering 280mi.
The tutorial for a peer-review can be found here: http://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/sysrev.php

Anyone interested in trying a peer-review?
-
Ok, I'm going to review it.
I had a first look and wonder why D10 ends here (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=35.493949&lon=34.095404). Either it should continue on the unpaved section or continue to D55, shouldn't it? Or is it missing because the routing is not clear?
-
It's missing as the routing is not yet built (it is marked on OSM and the official maps). There's several cases like that in this system.
-
D05:
Add wp b/n Kor_W and Kor_E to make clear what's the correct route
GR76 -> GR72/76 because you generally use both in the labels for the other D routes
D10:
+X356083 is off
GR25_W is off
D10Dip:
Add wp b/n IK23 and +X105743 to make the actual routing clear
D15:
ToD5 -> ToD05
D25:
What does "GirCad" stand for? Don't find anything like that on OSM nor GM
AtaCd -> AtaCad
D30:
New wp @ http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=35.172993&lon=32.957321
New wp @ http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=35.208998&lon=33.319296
New wp @ http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=35.125641&lon=33.926457
LF08 is LF04 according to OSM but the wp itself must be removed since there is no junction
LF02 -> LF01/02
Yil is.... I suggest to split it into two wps
LF51 is slightly off
GZ31 -> GZ31_E
GZ06 -> GZ06_E
GZ05 -> GZ06_W
Move GZ26 to the centerlines
D30Gem:
LK78 is not indicated on OSM nor GM nor the maps of the gov, and GSV is not available. What's your source?
LK78_W -> Yes ?
Move LK78_E to Bademilköy ?
New wp @ http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=35.140823&lon=32.824536 ?
D35:
Move LF12 between the two branches
D55:
New wp @ http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=35.370166&lon=34.031519
Move IK07 to the centerlines
IK17 is off
IK17 -> IK09/17
-
Add wp b/n IK23 and +X105743 to make the actual routing clear
Maps and all that are vague, so I will be too.
---
What does "GirCad" stand for? Don't find anything like that on OSM nor GM
Did you not look that hard? Girne Caddesi is the main road into the old city from that one-way system (https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/35.1839/33.3611).AtaCd -> AtaCad
Actually, per abbreviations in Turkey, GirCad -> GirCd.
---
LK78 is not indicated on OSM nor GM nor the maps of the gov, and GSV is not available. What's your source?
OSM, but it's only the eastern bit (https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/35.1525/32.7502).

Ok

No data errors, no NMPs, no concurrency issue. System looks fine to me. Ready for activation?
