VA: US 23 Corridor Point Concerns

US 23: 
1. I have no idea what to do with ChiDr. 
2.  I would replace the RaiHillRd with a point at SR 630 to the north.

US 58 ALT (Abingdon):US23/23Bus_S>-US23_S (especially since US 23 BUS ends here)

VA 74: 
1.  KenAve>-KenAve_W
2.  Consider removing the shaping point east of KenAve.  (Due to this route being short, I am unsure it would be a good idea to remove them all.)
