WI's border point for I-90 looks like it's the one we should be using here.  Thus, MN I-90 is the one that should get fixed.

I don't recall if I had fixed I-90 previously to account for the new river bridge.  If I had, it got undone at some point.

Can fix it Tuesday...have very busy work days before then.

Finally fixed this and put it in the queue.  Also did some corrections to the I-90/US 14/US 61 interchange.
