I noticed in the news article that they specifically mentioned WV-869.  Does this mean that it will finally be signed?  Only time will tell.

Yeah, I am trying not to post links to threads moving forward that you and yakra (amongst other maintainers) have posted in.  I would rather it be posted here than not if possible.
