Title: CT: CT 10 point requests

Requesting points on CT 10 at both ends of Shepard Ave in Hamden.  I was thwarted in my attempt to clinch 10 today by a nasty crash that closed it north of the 10/40 junction.  All traffic from the north was forced off at the northern Shepard Ave intersection.

I see the northern Shepard Ave intersection already has a point.  So just need one at the southern intersection now.
