Updates to Highway Data / ND: ND3 Bus Rugby

Made an interesting discovery...there is a bannered ND3 Business route in Rugby. I noticed only a total of 3 signs total: this sign going south on ND3, this one indicating a turn of the business route onto Main Ave, and this third one showing a turn from 3rd Ave SW onto 4th St SW. So while this one doesn't have all of its turns signed in each direction, one can figure the route from S to N goes:

ND3 to 3rd Av SW
3rd Ave SW to 4th St SW
4th St SW to Main Ave
Main Ave to 1st St NW
1st St NW to ND3

I figure this is probably enough for inclusion into the HB, but given that it's not signed that well, I'd also understand if it's not.

Updates to Highway Data / CA: I-5 exit number issues

?? -> ParkBlvd - has a SB on-ramp here to the CA-136 ramp that connects to SB I-5. Probably a justifiable point to add.
23C -> 23 since this is the only SB off-ramp here, and both NB exits use the 'A/B' letters, we should use the signed number here too.
107 -> 106 - if we're going to use the NB exit numbers here for the 107 area, then we should use be using '106' instead, but I can see why '107' was chosen, since it's 107A/B going SB.
119 -> recenter. Seems overpass was replaced to the west of the old one.
133 -> recenter. We have this exit way too far north @ the wrong road. Where we currently have it centered, those are the ramps from US-101 Exit 1 (see separate thread on this).  We should have this centered on Grande Vista Ave instead.
missing -> US101 (see separate thread on this)
137 -> 137A
missing -> 137B (for Riverside Dr, even though signed for Figueroa Street).
147 -> 147B - interchange area reconfigured from former 147A/147B setup.  However, instead of getting 147, retained the '147B' number both directions on I-5 (SB).  Also needs recentered.
161B -> recenter - should be @ San Fernando Road overpass instead of where we currently have it, since it's signed for it, and the off-ramp goes directly to it.
161C -> I-5Trk_S
163 -> I-5Trk_N (I can't find any signage, current or historical, showing 163 being posted)
NEW -> 527 - Metro Air Pkwy  Opened between Feb '21 & Feb '22.
667 -> 667A
+x82 -> recenter on highway
+X200645 & +X268522 should be adjusted.  Shifting them should gain a good amount of mileage here.  If adjusted to what I have below, will gain over 0.2 miles and more accurately map that area of I-5 without adding any new points.

Updates to Highway Data / MN: MN263 unsigned/decommissioned

Another update on the slow chopping block of 200+ level spur routes in Minnesota. MN263 is no longer signed, and is now just CR27. According to GMSV on I-90, this happened sometime between 2021 and May 2023.

We honestly need to extend the route south some more.

US-101 maintains it's own carriageways thru the I-5/10 interchange malfunction, and still has one more exit beyond '1A' @ Exit 1 for Euclid Ave (onramp).

Thus, we should have the merge point between both I-5 & US-101 between Euclid Ave & I-5 Exit 133 (Grande Vista Ave).

Should we keep it on the freeway to I-5 instead of having it use the at-grade access to I-5?

This signage seems to indicate the only the freeway is CA-56.

Thus, the graph connection between the two should be @ I-5's 33A point instead of currently @ I-5's 33B.

If this change is made, would require a news entry.

If the numbers we have actually existed, they were only in the time period 2009-2014.

I don't know. I just took over from si404. Our numbers didn't change since 2015.
I think these didn't change since Tim made the system for CHM.
