Both is fine for me. It took some time to figure out good color values back then.... See above. However, feel free to suggest better color values.

No, it's mine :) for the time being...
Is it still yours, or can I do the work once I'm done with Brasil?

Go for it! I hope that the fucked up GSV behavior has been fixed meanwhile. Please consider the  readme, especially the first point:

Unsigned GSJs should be named with RN9_U111 style. The U index could be anything, e.g. derived from the nearest km / mile post. See http://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=3620

Please threat the longest bitch out there well :)

Updates to Highway Data / Re: HI: Lots missing

My point is that they merely refer to them as Route X. If they were a separate system, one would think they'd be treated differently.

The STIPs treat them as separate systems, by placing HDOT's projects for the state system under "state", and other projects under county jurisdiction (and being implemented, if at all, by county public works departments) under "County of ____" headings.

Updates to Highway Data / Re: CA: CA19 issues

^ The Postmile Tool shows route 164 (which is signed as 19, if at all) as unrelinquished at least between Whittier Narrows and Rosemead.

I'm inclined to wait for 19, including the 164 segment(s), to be relinquished to death before removing it in toto from the HB. The route clearly is living on borrowed time, and is exactly the kind of route Caltrans wants gone from its system.

I have driven all of what's in the HB as route 19. There is spotty route 19 reassurance signage on the route itself, as well as some signage on intersecting freeways. I've seen zero 164 signage.
