It's normally a week or two after the meeting when the submissions and decisions are published online, isn't it?

I believe so, with the exception of last year.
-
Someone on AARoads has uploaded the meeting report: https://www.dropbox.com/s/125edrwda3y1bmw/Final%20_Report_USRN%20Application%20Results%20Spring%202021.pdf?dl=0

Some of those changes are confusing for sure without access to the maps.
-
AR US70 Little Rock has its own thread somewhere.
AR US412 Bypass/Business Paragould is already in the HB.
FL US301 Establishment of a U.S. Alternate Route between US-301/SR-200 and US-301/SR-200
FL US301 Establishment of a U.S. Alternate Route between I-10/SR-8 and US-301/SR-200
IL I-74/US6 between 7th Ave. in Moline, IL and Grant St. in Bettendorf, IA
IN I-69Whe between South of ST 39/SR37 interchange in Morgan County and North of SR 44 intersection
IA I-74/US6 between Illinois-Iowa Border and US67 Grant Street Interchange in Bettendorf
KY US68 Relocation of U.S. (Interstate) Route and Recognition of a Business Route on U.S. (Interstate) Route between Paris and Carlisle
MI I-375 Elimination of a U.S. (Interstate) Route between I-75 and Jefferson Ave.
NY US9 nothing to change because 1PPI @ I-787(4)
NY I-81 / I-81BL / I-481
NC I-587 Establishment of a U.S. (Interstate) Route between I-95 in Wilson County and US 264 in Greenville (Pitt County)
NC US64 relocation/business Asheboro already in HB?
SD US18 Hot Springs
SD US385 looks like it was just a change to a description of a concurrency, not a change to the route itself, with AASHTO being like LOLKSURE. US385 will need new waypoint labels. :P

FL US301 Establishment of a U.S. Alternate Route between US-301/SR-200 and US-301/SR-200
FL US301 Establishment of a U.S. Alternate Route between I-10/SR-8 and US-301/SR-200
As far as I can tell, those are the two new US-301 bannered routes I've recently added, so I would have to say FL is already done here.
The only thing is that the 2nd one (Baldwin) is really posted as a Bypass, and not an Alternate route.
-
I'll look further at these later, but most of these seem to already be covered.
-
There is indeed, very little to do here at the moment. Needs clarification, change at some point in the future, already done
- AR US70 - swapped from getting from Interstates to SW of Little Rock to campus from University to Stagecoach. wait until signed. Browser has US70 on interstates and this as US70B
- AR US412 / US412Bus - Paragould bypass / old road
- FL US301Alt - two new Alternate routes, bypassing Starke and Baldwin
- IL/IA I-74/US6 (Contingent on FHWA approval) - I-74/US6 relocated onto replacement bridge. Minor point adjustment in both states when construction complete
- IN I-69 (Contingent on FHWA approval) - Extension through Martinsville. Extend when construction finished
- KY US68 - Relocations between Paris and Carlisle over new alignment with business route along old route through Millersburg
- MI I-375 (Contingent on FHWA approval) - Eliminated in its entirety in 2027 (or sooner) when the freeway closes. Wait until then (MDOT getting the paperwork done early)
- NY US9 - Northbound route moves onto surface streets instead of using ramp that's being rebuilt as a High Line-style path/park. (No change as 1PPI)
- NY I-81/I-81BL/I-481 (Contingent on FHWA approval) - Renumbering I-481 as part of I-81. Old route of I-81 becomes I-81BL. Wait until it happens in Spring 2027
- NC I-587 (FHWA approval granted) - New interstate from I-95 to US264. Add when signed? Or add as unsigned interstate?
- NC US64/US64Bus - Relocation of US64 onto Asheboro bypass and establishment of business loop on old route.
- SD US18 / US18Byp - US18Trk at Hot Springs becomes vanilla US18, old route not US18. Do when signs changed
-
The US68 relocation in KY is already live. The only place I've ever seen business route signage is on the old route through Millersburg, which hasn't changed since 2018.

Here's what we have textwise on this, from that document. The highlighted bit is the only reason I've not confirmed it as fully there in my post (which said that the Millersburg bypass/old road is in the browser).
Item No. 10
-
State: Kentucky
Route: US 68
Action: Relocation of U.S. (Interstate) Route and Recognition of a Business Route on U.S. (Interstate) Route between Paris and Carlisle
Description:
1. Where does the route begin?
US 68 originates north of Maysville, Kentucky at the Ohio State Line (Concurrent with U.S. 62)
2. Where is it going?
The route extends west of Paducah, Kentucky
3. What type of facility is it traveling over?
It is traveling over new and/or existing alignment
4. Explain the direction (north, east, south, and west)
The Route will head in a southwesterly direction
5. Name the focal point city or cities
Maysville, Lexington, Bowling Green, & Paducah
6. Total number of miles the route will cover
The total number of miles over the entire U.S. 68 designation will be approximately 274 miles
7. Where does it end?
S.E. of Paducah (rejoins U.S. 62)
Obviously this needed clarification, and so there's this later in the document.
State needs to verify that US68 through Millersberg will become US 68 Business, and that the sections north and south of Millersburg with the X’s on them are being removed from the US system.
KYTC confirmed that is their plan
The question is what these sections are. Presumably they are former alignment at the tie-ins, but it's not clear without the map.
-
AR US70 - swapped from getting from Interstates to SW of Little Rock to campus from University to Stagecoach. Vanilla US70 takes the interstates, this describes the business route (according to our browser)
Signage on the ground, other than at I-30 junction, has this as vanilla US70 along University Ave. AFAICS, US70 needs rerouting (and again when this change is implemented)*, US70B needs removing.
(and here's (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=4342.0) the pre-existing thread on this topic, which suggests its nowhere near as simple as I suggest)
*Or, I guess, do it in one go, lazy style.

- SD US18 / US18Byp - US18Trk at Hot Springs becomes vanilla US18, old route not US18. Do when signs changed
Currently SDDOT is redoing what will no longer be US 18 through Hot Springs (probably made a deal with the city to repave the road before turning it over), so probably once that project is done the signs will change. I'll go through that area a few times over the next year or so and check on the signage.

https://route.transportation.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/50/2021/08/USRN-Applications_Compiled_2021.pdf - actual applications up.
-
Hmmm, it does show the FL US-301 change in Baldwin as Bypass, not Alternate. Wonder why the other file said Alternate.
-
The supporting maps say its a bypass, but the application form itself has "Establishment of a U.S. Alternate Route" checked.
-
It is also signed as a Bypass.

I'm in Hot Springs right now for the night. The signs haven't yet changed. The US 18 truck bypass (which I just clinched) is still signed as such, and signage has mainline US 18 still going through town as the HB shows.
-
I want to bump this because I have the files for Hot Springs done. I can send them whenever I get some sort of go-ahead.

Update on I-587: https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=19189.msg2681145#msg2681145
The shields should be up at some time next year.

The US 18 Hot Springs updates were included in last night's update.

Sorry that I missed this, but the 2022 PCM log for the Rapid City Region has 18 on the bypass, so this is fine (just letting you know). Haven't been in Hot Springs to check signage (work's been hell), but I would assume they cleaned that up with the University Ave. reconstruction project.

Shields are up starting today.

A note to myself to convert to a real interstate file...
-
I truly was cutting it close with clinching I-587 when it was still mostly US 264 east of Wilson.

Don't forget about the new exit numbers as well. ;)
