Charleston Area: Reasoning for doing this comes from roadwaywiz's I-26 EB upload from earlier today:

I am not discussing here where the terminus point should be.  I still have this thread (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=2035.msg6028#msg6028) sitting here for that.
