The route is not signed in the field, not indicated on OSM nor GM. It doesn't exist according to wegenwiki (https://www.wegenwiki.nl/N11_(Marokko)) nor wikipedia (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Route_nationale_11_(Maroc)#/map/0). I suggest to remove the route from HB.
Note: It's the extension of A3 to be truncated (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=6025.msg33545#msg33545) too. We might add the route as 'selected freeway' route, e.g. Route de Marrakech, just like the neighboring A101 remainder (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=6081.msg33871#msg33871). I'm the only traveler....
