VA350 should be ComColPl (Community College Pl) (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.785771,-76.1068701,3a,75y,317.54h,94.13t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sOJIIq84agBl4Zjr8tfGOFg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192).

I want to say it was signed at one point and that's why it had the VA350 label. Mike would have a better idea.

Maybe. The VA 350 entry does not mention it being posted previously. (http://www.vahighways.com/route-log/va350.htm)

The original drafter of the Virginia set and I (as first reviewer well before I knew the CHM rulebook at all) gave all the VA 3xx waypoints their VA 3xx designation whether the route was posted or not.
Even VA 332.
VA 350 has never been posted to my knowledge but it has had VA 165 shields on it (2nd generation ugly signs now up) for about 30 years now.

I would have agreed with you on this before seeing that we are not supposed to use labels for secret designations that a general traveler would not know about.
