Title: GA: Requesting new point on GA16

Drove up GA 16 today south of Newnan and noticed may need a new waypoint where the fairly new Newnan Crossing Bypass intersects with GA 16 just east of its intersection with US 29.  That bypass is a major new road in the area to avoid I-85 and combined with the new exit at Poplar Road to the north should see an increase in traffic.
