Title: AB: Northern AB 35/58 junction relocated in High Level
Post by: oscar on August 19, 2018, 01:00:18 am
While clinching AB 58 today, I noticed that route was recently realigned to move its northern junction with AB 35 a few blocks northeast. OSM, at least, shows the change.

OSM seems to indicate that the connection to 98 Ave to the west (edit: where old AB58 intersected) has been closed. Did you happen to notice if this was the case?

Yeah, I saw the old alignment was disconnected from AB 35 and AB 58 at both ends.

Why did I add that edit. It made my post less clear.
I meant this connection at existing AB35_N.

I meant this connection at existing AB35_N.

That connection from AB 35 to the east is now gone. 98 Ave may still be open west of AB 35, though I wasn't looking in that direction while trying to figure out what happened to the old AB 58 alignment (and why).
