Title: MO: MO 94/MO 364 New Interchange

It looks like a point should be added for the new ramps at Heritage Crossing (https://www.sccmo.org/civicalerts.aspx?aid=1862) looking at OSM.

I do not have photo clarification or remember if Exit 12 is correct.

OSM shows Exit 12. Google shows 13A. Missouri doesn't do mile markers on non-interstates. So, beats me. This may have to wait for someone to do a field check.

It looks like 13A is correct (and the MO 94 split is now 13B.  (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=1182.msg2663751#msg2663751)

Turning 13 into 13B will create the FOURTH label at that interchange, with three more deprecated.
