Title: TN: I-40 Exit 283

A point needs to be added for Exit 283 (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.1397499,-85.5868844,3a,75y,106.01h,85.74t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sK-AlrmF4L4acpQPDIiXZOA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) that was opened in June 2018 (https://www.tn.gov/tdot/news/2018/6/21/tdot-celebrates-completion-of-new-i-40-interchange-at-academy-road-in-cookeville.html).

(For the record, I was really hoping that I could avoid finding something like this in TN for your sake...)
