Title: KY: KY 163 change/new KY 375

Drove through Tompkinsville today, and discovered that KY 163 no longer enters the center of town.  It now bypasses the city.  See this article: https://www.wbko.com/2020/09/04/new-tompkinsville-bypass-to-open-friday-project-estimated-around-28-million/.

The segment of 163 that previously went from the junction with KY63/100 in the center of town is now signed as KY 375 from that junction up to where it meets the new bypass.

Great--thanks for the details. KYTC's viewer shows the new routes too. Updated in my local copy.
