WV: I-79 Mapview Concerns

1.  The line on I-79 west of WV 36 (Exit 34) should maybe be moved more clearly south.
2.  The line on I-79 east of WV 16 (Exit 40) should maybe be moved more clearly south.
3.  I think that the I-79/US 19 Line in Mapview should be completely north of WV 4 between Exits 62 and 67.

1) Honestly, there's not much that can be done here.  However, I've shoehorned in another point to do this.
2) Meh, done.
3) This one I'm fully in agreement with.  Done with three additional points.
