Title: FRA-IDF: Boulevard Péripherique Paris has unnumbered exits

It seems that some, most or even all exits are unnumbered (now). Needs to be checked and fixed.

No exit was ever numbered in the last ten years according to GSV. Changed.

Off-topic, but why's this "BP" instead of [Blvd of Boul or whatever France uses]Per?

I did recently get the region from Si. Maybe Si can say something.

I like 'BP' and don't wanna change the name.

I believe it dates from over a decade ago, when we had different naming conventions. All the labels that refer to it (now a lot fewer with today's change) have long since been changed to match current convention, but the file and list names weren't.

BP is what Wiki SARA uses in the cartouches for it (except on it's own page).
