VA: US 360 Point Concerns (South Boston to Burkeville)

1.  US501/501Trk_S should be just US501.  I would make that change to US 58 as well.
2.  CR654 should be SR654.
3.  CR704 should be SR704.
4.  A point should be added at SR621 for the access to Twin Lakes State Park.
5.  US360/460Bus_E should be just US360/460Bus to match the US 460 file.

Also on the US 58/US 360 concurrency, SanBeaRd is not at a road.  Maybe relocate it nearby to Confroy Dr (ConDr).

I did not see 1-4 done.  (even though 1 was done on US 58)  5 and the one below it were done.
