Title: MO: I-435/US-40 missing graph connection

The two routes are missing a graph connection @ Exit 63. (NOTE: This also effects US-24, as it's along I-435 at this point.)

While US-40 has a point for I-435, I-435 doesn't have a point for US-40.

Due to the crazy amount of "63's" in the area already, I recommend just calling the new point on I-435 as '63', as it's not currently being used as a hidden point on any of the alphabet 63 soup thankfully.

All that would be need to done is copy the 'I-435' point out of US-40's file, and paste it into I-435/US-24 files with the appropriate label correction.
