VA: Point Concerns from 12/26/2022 Trip

US 250:
1.  Consider replacing the shaping point east of US 220 with a visible point. (though the whole area west of Staunton should be checked for lateral anyway) 
2.  SR616_Hea should be split into two points IMO.
3.  Consider replacing the shaping point east of SR629 with a visible point at SR728.

VA 6: 
1.  Consider replacing the shaping point between VA151_N and US250 with a visible point.
2.  Consider replacing the shaping point north of SR633 with a visible point.  (also affects VA 151)
3.  Consider replacing the shaping point west of SR671 with a visible point.
