Network outage 4/26/2023

Looks like we're back.  Here's my latest update, as posted to https://travelmapping.github.io/ which is where you can usually get updates when TM and this forum are down.

The network connecting the TM server to the Internet suffered a major hardware component failure on the morning of 4/26/2023.  The component has been replaced, and TM should be back to normal.
