NY: NY 282

Instead of the existing WRivRd point, wouldn't it make more sense to have a point at the Main St/River St intersection, where NY 282 actually splits off of the old NY 17 alignment?

Don't know about it being old NY17, but I do see Old NY283. Neato. It's possible it could have been NY17 before that, with old NY17 following the S side of the river E of Owego.
Anyway, yeah, agree, this is a more sensible waypoint. I don't see a CR pentagon there, so going with ERivRd.
