Title: WV: WV 601 Future Realignment

I would recommend changing the KanTpke labels to KanTpk, but I would argue that it is not worth it.  This project is scheduled to be done next year.

I had to look that one up in the HB.  My first thought was that somehow a state route in West Virginia had somehow intersected the Kansas Turnpike.
