IA: Bring Back the '5th St' point along US 63 in Tama!

I have a 'Missing waypoint' error on my log file because my southern point along US 63, in Tama, Iowa, has been taken away.
Can I have this back?

Is there a reason that 5thAve was chosed instead of 5thSt?  2016 GSV still shows 5thSt.

I'm going to go ahead and make it 5thSt, let me know if I should revert.  @Highway63 no need to resend me the file assuming we'll both make the simple fix.
