Title: SVK: Kosice "PR3"

The route was covered by E50 and E58 but since E50 was moved onto the northeast bypass this week (and E50 might be moved anywhere down the road onto the potential southeast bypass), the freeway through the city is not covered by TM anymore. I suggest adding a route to eursf system.
