Title: MD: MD 353 Extension to US 50

The 2018 HLR (https://www.roads.maryland.gov/OPPEN/CO22_HLR.pdf) and the 2016 HLR (https://www.roads.maryland.gov/OPPEN/2016%20Wicomico_HLR_web.pdf) show MD 353 extended to US 50 (even though this "TO" banner (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.3859274,-75.4219973,3a,75y,34.43h,87.51t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s_Je_ATDUcPd9RyWlE8Yg2g!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) here makes things confusing).
