There is no B51 (in HB), it was downgraded according to the official mauttabelle.de

Check the intersection with L141. The south branch of L141 is designated as L141R in Geoportal.
I have no evidence that "R" is really on km posts. OSM only indicates L141 for both branches. I think I was misled by the OSM "one way" arrows and positioned only one wp. L141 branch route added now (w/o "R").
L126R and other "R" prefixes are indicated on OSM though (added).
