Title: IL: US 24 BUS (Washington), IL 8, and IL 116 Label Concerns

US 24 BUS (Washington):  IL8 should be IL8_W.

IL 8/IL 116:  I am not sure what MacHwy on IL 116 should be, but the IL 8 point needs to be corrected as it should not be IL116.

IL 116:  US34Byp should be just US34.

In fixing the IL 8 and 116 points in Peoria, I had to account for the Washington Street in East Peoria, but thankfully no one was using that one.

As I have pointed out before for IL 116, I kept the US34Byp name because "US34" is in use for the original endpoint, which is IL94_N. This is among the seemingly hundreds of old labels I've kept around forever because someone is using them. I do not see harm in keeping the US34Byp name, unless you want me to intentionally break someone's file(s).

I'll defer to yakra to do his label magic to see who is using the US34 label.  Normally label changes like this would result in updates entries.

bhemphill highway63 iowahighways vespertine
...all of whom update by email

It's not just that point. There's also, on 116: IL8_W +IL8; WasSt +US24/8 +MacHwy; US24/29 +IL29_S
On IL 8: WasSt +IL116 +US24/116; US24/29 +IL29_S; US24/150 +US150/116

A couple of those are the recent changes; others go back to the US 24 reroute a while back.
Then there's various other routes with one or two very old points in use.

US24/8, IL29_S are unused, and can be safely deleted.
IL8, MacHwy are in-use.
