I-680 deletion from I-29 overlap in IA (cleanup after 2019 creation of I-880) in browser
US 30 Business creation in Mount Vernon-Lisbon, IA (bypass had been approved in 2019)
US 67 realignment near Delhi, IL (to open fall 2021)
I-295 extension from US 401 to SR 1007 around Fayetteville, NC (had already been approved as future) in browser
Fall 2020:
US 70/258 Business deleted in Kinston, NC
US 13 realigned along PA 291 and US 13 Business created in Chester, PA
US 63 Business deleted in Pine Bluff, AR
US 71 Business deleted in Fayetteville, AR
US 270 realigned at Wister, OK
I-695 (DC) deletion
I-395 (DC) re-route/extension along current I-695
I-195 (DC) added along current I-395 from I-695 to US 50
EDITS (1-16-2021): Added DC changes, fixed I-295 (NC), and indicated that I-295 (NC) and I-680 (IA) are already in the HB.

I am planning to drive in Chester, PA, on May 15th to see if the US 13 changes have been signed. I doubt that has been the case, but you never know.
EDIT (5-14-2021): As a precursor to my trip tomorrow, I have not received any information internally at PennDOT on this either. I had sent an email internally on whether PA 291 or other routes would be affected with no response.
