It looks like 316 and 317 could arguably be switched.  I am unsure if we should actually do it though because it will break list files.

Note that some recentering along the I-41/I-894 concurrency may be useful as well.

I would rather keep the exit numbers in order.

The point drift in this area is enough that I will go through the I-894 file, and hope that whichever ones I adjust I get all the related routes. (So of course it's Wisconsin's thickest thicket of multiplexes.)

I am intentionally breaking the shared point of I-894 Exit 5A and WI 24 because it's a spread-out interchange. I'm going to align 24's point to its route and add a point for the 76th Street exit nearby.

Note that US 41 and US 45 need to be mostly resynced to I-41 and I-894.  However, I'll let our exit numbers discussion continue before going too crazy on this.
