Title: WY: I-80 Exit 101

There's a new exit on I-80 at Interchange Road (come up with better street names!) west of Rock Springs (https://www.dot.state.wy.us/news/work-will-begin-this-year-on-new-interchange (https://www.dot.state.wy.us/news/work-will-begin-this-year-on-new-interchange)).

Will add this to I-80, US 30, and US 191 as Exit 101 (per OSM and logical progression) unless anyone wants me to wait.

As long as it's open, you can add it at any time. ;)
