The Bus 51 city limits termination is near the Minnesota Avenue intersection so I will use that. I'm not sure why the business route can't remain signed even if there is a transfer of jurisdiction. ???
Iowa: [remains literally unable to even]

It's like AASHTO will just rubber-stamp anything these days, and don't even care if it makes sense or not. Like that nonsense "elimination" of a segment of CO US6 a few years back. I kinda wish they'd lay down the law with some of these state DOTs, but they'd need to understand what it is they're doing, first.

Apparently NC 68 is not being truncated as a result of the US 70 reroute.

^ NC 68 could, however, use a new waypoint at the intersection with West Wendover Ave. (part of relocated US 70, IIRC). That new point could replace a shaping point just to the north on NC 68.
-
Iowa-related changes from this have been made.
-
The US 17 reroute for the Pollocksville Bypass and the extension of US17BusNew for US 17 BUS (New Bern) was completed in the linked thread below.

Secondly, I do support immediately adding a point at Wendover Ave on NC 68 as oscar previously mentioned.

Bob Malme posted an update on the AARoads Forum in regard to the NCDOT documentation for the US 70 Relocation onto NC 68 and Wendover Ave (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=100.msg2648165#msg2648165).

New post (bolded the US-70 mention):
https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=4121.msg2811274#msg2811274
Updating signage along the rest of the Loop, I-85, I-40 and I-73, that, based on the contract's sign plans, includes removing the Business 85 signs from I-40, US 29 and approaching roadways (along with references to US 70 due to its relocation through the city) has not begun yet. According to contract documents, work must be completed by the end of June.
-
And it looks like US 70 is now being moved onto Wendover Ave. (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=100.msg2855585#msg2855585)
-
US 70 relocated on its file.
-
WenAve>-NC68_N on US 70
-
Unless Highway63 needs to do something else in regard to Council Bluffs, I think all that is left here are the US 70 Bus and US 271 Bus eliminations in Hugo, OK.
-
US70BusHug was deleted on 2022-09-28.
On US271Bus, GMSV shows a few signs have been removed but a majority still remain.
