AbbyWay should be replaced with BetRd (Bethlehem Rd) (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.2484174,-81.4456443,3a,37.5y,148.24h,87.16t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s5QtQoKuWUu1J-7Pzvw8zEQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) nearby to the west. AbbyWay is in-use by scott_stieglitz meaning that this file will lose a little bit of mileage by this change.

NC130 should be NC130_W (https://www.google.com/maps/@34.4512571,-78.9691547,3a,75y,319.57h,80.18t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sShvNPGNg90pUfSl9dyawhQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).
I should also note that the road goes out of lateral just east of I-74 (Exit 213).
Point additions later: (changed title to reflect Shelby to Rockingham)
1. 2. PeaOrcDr should be PeaOrcRd (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.2477119,-81.0661611,3a,75y,12.36h,88.03t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s6UdKc85dDaaXwuB9ZYNImw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192). (also affects US 29)
3. Looking at what is I-277(Exit 2A)? I am unsure how to best handle NC16. While I think that the 2A point is in the right location, I am unsure if we are handling NC 16 correctly. NC16 seems to turn on/off I-277 at 3rd/4thSt with the 2A label south of there. (may also affect NC 27)
4. Should HarBlvd be instead WTHarBlvd?
5. I-485(9) could now be just I-485, but leaving it as-is seems to be the better option....
6. UniIndTraRd should be shortened.
7. (For US 601 Only) US74 should be US74_E. NC200 should be NC200_N.
8. NC205 could be slightly recentered.
9. A point could be added at Boogan Cut Rd (BooCutRd) (https://www.google.com/maps/@34.9834605,-80.1388132,3a,15y,179.94h,87.68t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s9uX6pbmZLWczg_Qrece7sA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) for shaping purposes.
10. US52 should be US52_E.

I changed this thread to be from Shelby to Rockingham (and the mention of NC130_W).
US 74 BUS (Shelby): The NC 150 points should be W and E instead of S and N.

Based on the below post from Bob Malme, a point should also be added on US 74 and US 76 at Chauncey Town Rd (ChaTownRd). Both routes already have a point at Old Lake Rd, which will eventually have to be marked as closed as there will not be an interchange there.

All intended changes made except the I-277 at NC 16 thing.
My intended solution is to split it into 2 points:
Stonewall St (point on the overpass) - note there are 3 of the 4 movements from I-277 to it but it so happens the only off ramp is part of the 2A exit ramp
Move the 2A point to the center of the NC 16 couplet

Based on the below post from Bob Malme, a point should also be added on US 74 and US 76 at Chauncey Town Rd (ChaTownRd).
This point is still needed on US 76 (with all of those Wilmington revisions).
