Title: FL: FL-618 Selmon Expressway extension

The extension on the Western end from Exits 1A/1B to just shy of the Gandy Bridge on US-92 has opened (04/19/21).

While I would have liked to move the 'FL618' label to the new end along US-92, I decided to go with  'FL618_W' instead to prevent list breakage for US-92.  However, I did hide the 'FL618' and made it 'FL618(1A)' at the old end.  So, if you're using the old endpoint for FL-618 on US-92, please update the label anyways.
