Title: PA: PA 53 Point Error in Philipsburg

PA 53 is not shown as intersecting with PA 350 and PA 504 at the correct intersection in Philipsburg.   (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.8961789,-78.2199599,3a,75y,353.43h,87.82t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s6zDDeaei90ukfKBF3fGn_A!2e0!7i13312!8i6656)

A quick glance at the PA 350 and PA 504 points seem correct here.

EDIT:  I am so tired that I put this in the wrong spot.
