Title: NC: NC 56 Minor Point Concerns

1.  CentAve should be CenAve.
2.  NC50_E should be NC50_S (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.1224308,-78.6858016,3a,75y,126.31h,82.51t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s3pUAr1arv7mm2tgdJQkJZw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).
3.  +x1 should be replaced with a visible point at 33rd St (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.1493055,-78.7330138,3a,37.5y,96.73h,80.87t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sB5IrNd2HlXIcEOi7imHycA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

While looking to clarify that the changes were made, I found out that NC 56 will be realigned west of US 15 in Creedmoor (https://www.ncdot.gov/news/press-releases/Pages/2019/2019-06-05-creedmoor-nc-56-intersection-realignment.aspx) later this year. It is already shown in OSM so it should not be an issue to edit when the project is complete.
