Title: VT: VT 105 point request in North Troy

I was wondering if a point could be added on VT 105 in North Troy for Highland Avenue, since Highland Avenue and Elm Street are signed as the through route to VT 243 (see link below)?

I didn't at first because that street's not VT 243 and past rules frowned upon extra points, but I have no problem adding it.  Thoughts from other collaborators?
