Title: .log file link on stats page

The link to the .log file on the user stats page points at /tmtest.teresco.org/logs rather than /tm.teresco.org/logs
The tmtest .log file is a month out of date.

The link to the log file on the user page is relative to the domain. Meaning: if you are on the tmtest site, the link will go to tmtest.teresco.org/logs/yourlog.log
